Candidate-reported interview process

It was pretty long and took a lot of time. I had about 4 to 5 interviews spread out over the month. The people were nice, but it felt like a bit of a waste of time having to do so many interviews.

There was a phone interview with the manager and HR. They talked about my previous work, why I wanted to leave it, measured my skills and performance. It was a very friendly interview for breaking the ice and it was a very good interview.

There were several rounds of interviews with managers at different levels. It was a relaxed but informative chat to learn more about the role and see if I'd fit the company culture. They were upfront and happy to share more details about the job and help manage my expectations.
