Candidate-reported interview process

A recruiter contacted me, and I had 4 interviews in total. 2 with HR and 2 with IT managers +1 +2. The process was very smooth, with flexibility from the company regarding appointments and notice periods. I didn't feel any aggression or trickery; it focused on the human aspect, communication skills, and the knowledge I've acquired. I really appreciated it.

Even though I didn't get hired, the interview process was really good. The interviewers were nice and understanding. They explained all the steps of the recruitment process clearly. The first step was a general interview, the second was an Excel test, and the third was an interview with a current PM and the HR manager.

I initially applied on the company website. After about a week, I got contacted back to schedule an interview for the following week. First, I had an HR interview, then right after, I had an interview with an operational person.
