Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was pretty casual. They mainly asked behavioral questions. They also asked about my salary expectations upfront, and then proceeded with other questions. I had a video Google call where they asked about things like relocating.

the interview was ok, but the interviewer was complaining about the company during the video call. this was a red flag for potential issues with the company, role, or culture. the interview itself had normal soft questions and no technical ones.

I was interviewed for a technical role, and it was with HR. It's tough to answer technical questions about past engineering work without a technical person there, which is usually the case. But not at Air Liquide.
