The interview process was pretty laid back, but there were a few unexpected technical questions about engineering heuristics and math. They also asked some stuff about my personality and if I'd be a good fit for the company. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, and I ended up getting an offer.
It was very interesting and rewarding. I improved my managerial and technical skills. I worked with several computer tools. I worked on simulation and optimization problems. I enjoyed the atmosphere.
It was a really smooth process, only two interviews. They didn't ask many technical questions, mostly focused on checking the candidate's attitude and unique traits. It was pretty easy overall because they made me feel comfortable the whole time.
