Candidate-reported interview process

The process was easy and focused on behaviors. No technical questions were asked. It involved about 4 behavioral questions, and the interview ran over time, indicating they don't rush candidates.

So the interview started with me being asked if I knew about the job I was applying for, and then they asked me some questions about my resume. After that, the hiring manager talked to me about the job.

So, there were about 3 to 4 interviews in total. It started with an HR chat and a phone call with the recruitment team. Then, I had interviews with the line manager and the department manager, which was more about getting to know me and my background. They also gave me an online screening test before the interviews.
