Candidate-reported interview process

It was more about testing technical expertise and relevant experiences, plus several case studies. It would be better if you already have similar experiences (like in sales) since they will ask about technical things and also case studies.

It's a pretty easy process with 3 rounds. First, there's a general intro. Then, they'll ask about your past experience and some basic questions about gases. They might also follow up about the job location. The interviews are with an RSM, a Director, and finally HR.

I was contacted by a headhunter on Linkedin and sent my CV. Then I had a phone interview with an outsourced HR company. The next step was HR & Technical Interviews with the HR and direct manager where we discussed my technical background and the salary package.
