The whole process can take 1-3 months. It starts with an HR round, followed by a technical round which is quite lengthy. The final stage is another HR interaction for salary negotiation. The other rounds are usually brief. The most crucial aspect is to highlight your skills and past experience, and how they align with the current job requirements.
The interview process was of moderate difficulty. It started with a Group Discussion round to evaluate communication and interaction skills, followed by a video interview round where individual knowledge, confidence, and suitability for the role were assessed.
It started with referrals for shortlisting, then an HR call. After that was the interview, which was part of a recruitment drive. Since many people were on the call, each candidate got about 30 minutes. They were really looking into new operations and wanted to find good fits for that.
