The interview process was really straightforward, but honestly, they need to improve how they treat candidates. It felt like they didn't really value applicants. First, I had to record myself answering some general interview questions on their platform. Then, there was a phone call with both a recruiter and the hiring manager. They mentioned that the next step would be an interview with the Chief Pilot, but then I just got totally ghosted – no rejection email, no call, no text, nothing at all. Seriously, avoid this place.
So first you'll do a self-assessment that's used for your interview questions. Then, you'll take a 50 question multiple choice test covering Trauma, Cardiac, Respiratory (including ventilator management), Neuro, OB, Peds, and Critical Care. They want you to get over 70% on this. After that, there's a 10 question rhythm strip interpretation test, and you need to get 100% on this, so really know those well! The main part of the interview will focus on your people skills and how you've grown personally and professionally. Make sure to give specific examples from your past experiences.
They had this critical care test with like fifty questions and then ten ekg questions. Then you do an in person interview. Usually an interview with multiple managers. Questions about experience with icu or ER.
