Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty long interview process, and they said there would be 5 more interviews before they'd even think about an offer. After what I thought was a really good interview and a few follow-ups, the company totally ghosted me. They didn't seem to care about my time or effort at all, which really shows their corporate greed culture.

The interview process was a bit of a mess, to be honest. I got an email with a three-day window to interview the same day I applied. Then, radio silence until the recruiter called me a week later, claiming we were playing email tag. I'd actually sent two emails with my availability, but got no response. After my interview with the hiring manager, who said the recruiter would be in touch regardless of the outcome, I was ghosted again. Never heard back. Super unprofessional experience.

The hiring process took about two weeks and felt pretty easy. They asked some stuff about the Entrata software and also some general HR questions. It started with a phone interview, and then I had another chat with their admins. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.
