The process started with an initial one hour HR round, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, and then a final round with the Director. It was a positive experience overall, with clear and straightforward questions at every step.

I think it went pretty well. They asked some scenario questions, like to name a scenario where I did XYZ. They also asked about my skills and to provide examples, including my experience with different software tools.

This interview had questions about dealing with customers and tough situations. There was also a typing test, which was easy if you stayed focused. You need to send the test results to the interviewer via email right away.
