Candidate-reported interview process

HR mentioned this is an early stage of the interview process. They said they would let me know if the interview result is positive. I haven't heard back in 2 months, and they are not replying to my emails.

I had a one hour meeting with the department heads and an HR Manager. We talked about my experience and work ethic, and they presented me with some situational scenarios.

The interview process was extremely long. Communication between HR and the concerned department was nonexistent. A salary was promised at the initial interview, and 45 days later, a different salary was offered with HR taking no accountability.
