The hiring process was quite long. I had two interviews in addition to the initial phone call. It took some time to hear back after applying. The benefits offered do seem appealing.
I went through 5 interviews in total, with 4 specifically for each language. The general interview was quite lengthy and included some challenging questions. Finally, they provided detailed information about the role and allowed me to ask my own questions.
It was a pretty quick process that happened in a month. It included an email screening, a video interview, and a phone interview in English and other languages. I didn't have any in-person interviews.
