Candidate-reported interview process

the interview wasn't long. It was a video interview and then they did a language test over the phone before the interview. Which was pretty easy. And also a video test on how you would respond to passengers via email.

I applied online. After a week, I had my first screening interview. The next step was an English grammar test. The whole process took 3 weeks. I think it's too much time, but with the number of applicants, I understand why. I was very disappointed not to speak with someone face to face because it gives applicants an opportunity to introduce themselves and more chances.

Applied online, then had a bot chat interview. A week later, got an email for an English grammar test. Followed by phone oral language assessments and a virtual meeting. It was a really nice and personal interview with just me and one HR person. The final step was a written assessment.
