Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and after a few weeks, they sent me an email inviting me to a video interview. They also wanted to interview me in person a few days later, at the same time. I did the video interview before the in-person one. The video interview was about 20 minutes long and had about 7 multiple-choice questions about my personal info and about 8 actual interview questions. You get 30 seconds to prep for each question and have 3 minutes to answer. The in-person interview was with the concierge manager and a recruiter.

I got an email with a link for a video interview. It had three questions where I had to record my answers, and then there were some short answer questions. It took about a month from when I applied to when I got the link.

The process was quick and easy. It's a multi-step interview that requires commitment. It's worth a shot so give it a go! Start with applying and then they will invite you for a video interview submission.
