Candidate-reported interview process

It was a 30 min zoom call where they asked about my personal connections and academic background. They asked about different situations and how my experiences tie into the company's mission.

Flew into Washington DC for four rounds of interviews, spent about 4 hours interviewing. Had the chance to meet several leaders involved in the fellowship program. Overall, it was a good time interviewing.

This is a long interview process. They tend to promote from within if possible, instead of hiring externally. There isn't much room for growth right now. The interview process itself takes about 4 or 5 rounds, depending on the specific position you are applying for.
