I was contacted for an initial call where I talked about my professional background. Then, I had a second interview where the job details were explained to me.

It was a pretty average and easy interview process with 2 rounds, first with a Managing Director and then with a Managing Partner. It wasn't stressful at all. They asked questions mostly about recruitment processes and how I handle different clients.
