Candidate-reported interview process

So, there was this panel interview with 5 people from the company. They asked a mix of tech and behavioral questions. For the behavioral part, they really wanted to hear about how I've dealt with conflicts with coworkers in the past.

I had one panel interview over Zoom. It was a "Round Robin" style with standard questions about my experience and education. The panel was very knowledgeable and helpful, and they answered a lot of my questions at the end. Everyone was respectful, helpful, and clear about the position, challenges, and rewards.

They started by asking me to introduce myself, then went into about 10 more questions that were related to my specific experience for the job. They also asked if I had experience with different kinds of deductions.
