Aimmune Therapeutics Interview Questions

The interview experience was pleasant, with good follow-up. I was interviewed by three senior individuals, which showed their commitment to the hiring process. The questions were practical and focused on assessing my knowledge of the relevant areas and my leadership experience.

The interview process consisted of a single video call with two interviewers. It was a conversational thirty-minute chat where they asked general behavioral questions and inquired about my interest in the company.

The interview process was a mess. I had 3 scheduled interviews with 3 different people. 2 of them joined the calls and immediately said they had hard stops, and both were 10 minutes late to the calls, so the interviews were only 20 minutes. The third person, the hiring manager, completely blew off the first call, rescheduled the second, and then cancelled it. I never heard back from them. This shows they are either rude and disrespectful or the company is chaotic. Either way, it's a red flag, not to mention a non-viable product.
