Candidate-reported interview process
It was a 3 stage interview. First I had an HR screening. Then there was a take-home case study that involved excel analysis and a powerpoint presentation of the results to senior leaders. This was checked during the interview. After that, there was a middle management review, and finally a senior management presentation.
First interview was with my manager and it was a standard interview. The second interview involved creating a presentation to answer some questions I was given, along with a SQL test. I didn't do too well in the test, but I convinced them enough that I knew it!
You'll have a phone interview which is pretty intense and deep, so make sure you've got loads of examples ready for the behavioural questions. If you pass that, you'll do some aptitude tests. Then you get invited to an assessment centre, but I dropped out because I got another offer somewhere else.
