I had a phone interview that was followed by an interview with the Director of HR and Director of Sales. The Director of HR followed up with me multiple times to go over the salary, benefits, and the whole compensation package, making sure I felt good about the offer.
I got an email asking about my availability for an interview that week. I gave them a few options, but they asked me to come in the next day instead. I met with the Director of Sales for a 30-45 minute one-on-one. I thought it went well, and she said she'd be in touch regardless of the outcome. I never heard back, even after sending a thank you and follow-up email.
Standard boiler plate questions. Positions that are OEM mean overtime eligible. You must work 47 hours a week however to receive your base salary and hours above that apparently you can earn overtime.
