They tell you interview times and how long it will take, but then they call everyone at the same time and you just have to wait your turn, whoever gets there first goes first.
So the process starts with an in-person interview with 3 dev team members and a manager. Then there's a phone interview with a senior manager. And also a code test where I have to build an API from scratch.
They got straight to the point with details about the company. I met with two of the managers, and after that, I was offered the job. It was a light typing test taken, and then I started the training.
