Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really chill interview, not stressful at all. The interviewers made me feel super comfortable. They asked general and technical questions about HR, plus my life goals. It really felt like they actually cared about me as a person.

The hiring process has two parts. First, a phone chat. Then, an in-person meeting with two recruiters and the director. For the interview, you'll need to talk about what a recruiter's normal day looks like.

My first interview was a quick phone call. They really needed staff. This was for a DSP role. The interview for my current job was comprehensive and enjoyable.
