Had a chat with the recruiter, then a technical screen. The plan was to have an onsite after that. Everyone seemed super friendly and happy with their jobs. I actually bailed on the onsite because I got another offer, but it looked like a good place to work.
I had a take-home coding challenge that was super tough given the 2-hour window. The instructions were kinda unclear, and I didn't even get to chat with the engineering team. It felt pretty niche, focusing a lot on geometry.
The interview process included a brief intro meeting about AIM's goals, followed by a technical assignment. The assignment was a direct copy from GitHub, poorly explained, and had many bugs that needed fixing before starting the actual problem. It felt like a waste of time.
