Candidate-reported interview process

I applied for an Account Executive role without knowing what an MTAR was, but they saw my recruiting background and shifted gears. It started with a brief phone call with the Director of Recruiting. Then, I was invited for a longer interview loop. This involved meeting several senior team members and a couple of managers. It wasn't overly intense. They mostly asked open-ended questions to understand me better, both personally and professionally. Honestly, they're more focused on communication and personality fit than specific experience. Oh, and definitely don't wear a suit; they found that pretty amusing.

It was a phone interview and then an in-person interview with management and some other team members. The overall experience was enjoyable, letting me get to know the team as much as they got to know me. I gained a good understanding of the job and responsibilities and who I'd be working with.
