Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved an in-person meeting with HR and the department head. We also took a tour of the campus and nursing units. There was ample time for me to ask questions. They mentioned salary and incentives are available for the right candidate, noting that stars are currently in high demand in healthcare.

I sent in my application, then had to do a personality test, followed by interviews with HR and the Director of Nursing. The whole process took about a month. You gotta be persistent though, 'cause HR has seen a lot of turnover lately.

The Interview Manager was late to our video interview and didn't have their webcam on. They seemed distracted by emails or texts, which delayed our conversation. The questions felt generic and lacked substance.
