Candidate-reported interview process

Got onboarded by HR, then did a home task. After that, I had an interview with a C-level stakeholder. Once they reviewed my task, I spoke with the recruiter about joining the company. The head of marketing was also part of the process.

It was pretty quick and okay. They reached out within a week to schedule the first interview. They were upfront about the job duties and answered everything I asked. Honestly, they seemed more transparent than other places I've interviewed. The AIG office looks really great, super nice inside, not like a jail.
