Candidate-reported interview process

I met with a few managers and they asked standard questions. I felt pretty comfortable with them. I met with my direct manager and their manager too.

The first interview was a phone screen, and the second interview was in person. The in-person interview was a standard typical interview conducted by two people. The job ad was a little different from what they are actually looking for, from a technology perspective, and if I had known this I would have positioned myself a little different. It was pleasant enough and professional.

The process was pretty straightforward since I had the recruiter and a good referral. It followed a typical format: first, an HR call, then a meeting with the hiring manager and a quick chat with their supervisor.
