Had a 20 minute HR call to see if they could disqualify me. When they couldn't, I met with the hiring manager. After 30 minutes, she asked me to write up a plan of action IF I was hired. It felt like a poor attempt to get free consulting to do her job, which she wasn't ready to assume. This isn't uncommon in the market when you have a full breadth of experience. Later, the HR person called and said I did everything right and was the best, but I didn't get a job offer.
Had a couple of screening and background check calls with the recruiter, then two more face-to-face interviews. The process was pretty straightforward and not too hard to navigate. I'd definitely suggest it.
HR reached out to schedule a phone call to discuss your background. If you move forward, there will be 2 rounds. The first round is 30 minutes with basic questions. The second round is 1 hour and includes more technical questions.
