Candidate-reported interview process

I sent in an online application with my CV. Then, I was asked to do a video interview where they asked about 5-8 questions, covering things like competencies and my reasons for pursuing law and AIG. After that, I attended an assessment centre that included two interviews and a group task.

I talked with about 9 lawyers in total. There were 4 separate sessions, and each session had 2 or 3 lawyers. The lawyers I met at AIG seemed like caring people with strong values.

This was for a summer internship in the legal department back in 2020. The interview was pretty chill, asking competency-based questions and things like why law, why insurance, and why AIG.
