I applied online through the university's job board. Then, I had a 30-minute phone chat that was mostly behavioral. After that, I went to their NYC office for a super day with three 30-minute interviews. AIG paid for my travel to NYC, the hotel, and taxis to and from the airport. I got an offer pretty quickly after the last interviews.
It was a chill interview. They mainly talked about the company and didn't let me say much. They didn't ask anything job-related since it was an entry-level program, but they did ask about my interests.
I first talked to HR on the phone and then we met up in person. After that, I had 3 more interviews with coworkers, senior people, and higher-ups. In total, I met 7 people across 4 interviews.
