I went through 6 interviews, all conducted via Zoom. The interviewers were friendly and seemed well-prepared. There was some repetition in the questions, suggesting they might have received similar training.
It was kinda informal for a lawyer interview. No hard behavioral or gotcha questions. The interviewer talked a lot about the job and what to expect daily. Culture seemed decent.
I was led between offices in downtown New York City. I was dropped into a room with five people, several of whom knew less about the opening than I did. The job listing said the opening was about claims handling and litigation management, but the interview was about policy and endorsement drafting.
