Candidate-reported interview process
The interview started with an online video call. After that, I had a series of interviews with three different people from the team, each lasting 30 minutes back-to-back. The interviews were mostly behavioral, focusing on my experiences working in a team.
They have two stages, an initial interview and a super day with four interviews with different members of the investments desk. They were flexible, and able to do both stages over the phone. Mostly behavioral and resume oriented questions.
The initial stage was a bit technical, needing basic financial statement knowledge and company specifics. The Superday involved three 30-minute interviews that were behavioral and also checked more on company knowledge. It was a very calm and fair process.
