Candidate-reported interview process

it was a phone interview and then three 30-minute interviews, super easy. They did a FaceTime interview since I couldn't get there.

I applied online through the campus job board. A few weeks later, I had a super-day style interview in Boston. The interviews were with managers from different departments and were all conversational, focusing on behavioral questions. After that, I completed a HireVue video screen in mid-April, and then got an offer in early May.

So first, I filled out an online form, and after about three weeks, I got called in for an assessment centre at the AIG Dublin HQ. It was a half-day thing. They had a technical test, which covered SQL and flow charts, and then two individual interviews with current IT employees. Each interview was about 30 minutes and used the STAR method. It was pretty nice actually, 'cause you get to chat with other candidates and some recent grads between the interviews.
