Candidate-reported interview process

Since everything was remote due to the pandemic, I did all my interviews online. First, there were two rounds. The first round was a recorded video interview. Then, the final round was with three AIG professionals. After a couple of weeks, the recruiter contacted me via phone and email.

The interview process was lengthy and the information provided wasn't entirely accurate. There was minimal feedback and a lot of waiting. I was expecting to talk to a recruiter, but instead, I received a sudden notification that the position was filled. Overall, the process felt quite unprofessional.

The interview was very straight to the point, with 4 different people interviewing me. Each interview lasted about 15 minutes. The questions were mainly behavioral, and they also asked for a run-down of my resume.
