I saw an ad in the newspaper for an opening in the Tampa Bay District. I sent in my resume and had a telephone interview with the Regional Vice President. Then, the next step was an interview with a President of the Company and also a Human Resources Representative in Houston, TX.
Started with a recruiter phone screen, then met with the District VP, and finally the Regional VP. The first call was just to see if I was a fit. The in-person meeting was to gauge my potential, and the last one was to discuss the company and how it operates.
started with an online application, then I talked to the District manager for an interview. After that, I had a phone interview with the Regional manager. They checked my background too.
