The process was not too hard. First, I had a digital interview, which consisted of three 30-minute interviews. Then I went in for their superday. They asked more behavioral questions.
The interview process was well-organized and the staff were very friendly. It took a few months to get an offer, but this was partly because I interviewed right before the holidays. The interview itself lasted over an hour as I met with the hiring manager, assistant manager, and a senior business analyst all on the same day, which I thought was a really effective use of time.
I got this job through my university's career site and then interviewed on campus. It was one round with two 30-minute interviews. The interviewers were really nice, which made it easier to answer their questions. It was just one round in total.
