Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process included two one-on-one interviews where they asked a lot of competency-based questions, and you also needed to demonstrate your knowledge of the company in your answers. There was also a group task.

it was a campus in-person interview, it was back to back 1-hour interviews, each 30 minutes long. The latter 30 minutes was by the 2 people who asked me questions based on my resume. Hence, it was pretty good and feels more like a conversation.

The super day had three 30-minute interviews. Everyone was super friendly and easy to chat with. The questions were mostly about behavior and situations, not really accounting facts.
