Candidate-reported interview process

There were 3 interviews, each lasting 20 minutes, and they were held at the office. It started with a casual chat with someone who used to be in the program. Coffee and pastries were available while waiting. The whole thing was pretty relaxed and pretty much what I expected.

Applied through my college campus by submitting my resume. Got an email asking to pick an interview time slot on a certain day. Then it was an on-site Superday for everyone. I had 3 interviews with 3 different department managers, each lasting 30 minutes. They asked behavioral and area-specific questions.

They started with a basic interview that included a few HR questions and a technical round focusing on basic accounting techniques. The interview was generally moderate, though their selection criteria remain unclear. It wasn't overly difficult to pass, but they are looking for individuals highly dedicated to accounting, and since my focus is more on finance, the role isn't a perfect fit for me.
