Candidate-reported interview process

Application + Assessment Center. The application process was super easy, and then I had to go to the Assessment Center for the actual interview, an excel test, and group work. There was also a presentation from the HR team.

I got this interview in Houston during the first week of school. It was basically 3 30-minute behavioral questions with different team members who are actuaries on our Super Day. About 20 interviewees were there on the same day.

applied online via workday with my cv and some extra questions, got screened for the assessment centre. The ac had an intro to the company and meeting other candidates first, then a group exercise, followed by lunch/break. Later, there was a one-to-one interview and then an excel test afterwards.
