Candidate-reported interview process

AIG notified my current employer that I was interviewing with them. Entirely unprofessional and completely overstepping boundaries. So glad I did not accept the offer for this company. What kind of company does that?

Had three interviews over two weeks. It was a round table discussion, not too intense. They were looking for a lot of trial closes. Nothing unusual for an interview.

The interview process was informative and relaxed, not overly stressful. I found it enjoyable and got a positive impression of the company as a place to work.
