The process was standard with a HR screen followed by hiring manager, case study, and finally executive level interview. The rounds were simple enough but lacked feedback after the rounds.
First, they looked at my portfolio, then I had a 1:1 call with a senior designer to present my work. After that, there was a take-home assignment that took about 2-3 days to complete, followed by a discussion about the assignment, focusing on mid-fidelity designs and flows. The final step was a call with senior management to discuss my role and the team's needs. The whole process took about a month.
It began with a brief intro about my current role and projects. Then, we moved on to technical questions covering Spark optimisation, a SQL question about moving averages, sum Spark mapreduce, and a DSA question on next permutations. Finally, they asked about asynchronous vs. parallel processing.
