Applied in early September, heard back at the end of the month. Interview has many layers of questions, felt rushed and interviewers didn’t seem engaged with the interview.
The interview process involved three parts: first, a chat with the recruiters to screen me, then a technical interview where they assessed my problem-solving and skills, and finally, a meeting with the hiring manager to discuss my background and if I'd be a good fit.
The hiring process was long but things moved fast towards the end. It started with an initial application, then a screening call with T A, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and then an interview with the team. After that, they extended an offer, and then sent a contract. The offer was what I expected. I was given time to think about the offer before making my final decision.
