Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was held online via Zoom. It was very brief and casual, and you'll get the results right after. Just be friendly and polite. Research the insurance industry and AIA's package and their provisions, and you'll be good.

I interviewed with AIA Group, a big insurance and finance company. The interview was memorable because it was different - we did interactive activities with other people interviewing. The group part was cool because it wasn't just one-on-one. It showed how AIA values teamwork and let us show we can work together, which is important. We had to do problem-solving stuff in a group and come up with solutions fast. This tested if we could think and work together when stressed. It was way better than just Q&A because we could actually show what we can do in a more lively way.

The interview process was chill. The interviewer was nice and showed interest in me. They offered to let me hand extra documents to the hiring manager. I was asked questions based on my answers. There were three interview rounds.
