Candidate-reported interview process

It was a simple and fast process. They asked about my career progression and income possibilities, and how sales and management were handled. After that, I was given some papers and then integrated into the team. There was team bonding and some lessons required to get the license and get up to speed.

The interview process was friendly and professional, and it took place over a couple of visits within two weeks. A recruitment agency was used by the business to find someone for the role. Thorough background checks were done at the end of the process, before I started. The results of the background check weren't known until after I had started.

Depending on the agency head, sometimes they overpromise and don't portray a realistic job scope and what to expect. Also, practices differ across different agencies, so certain interviews go through multiple rounds while some go to the agency head directly.
