Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was great and chill. My mentor interviewed me. Since I study actuarial science, it wasn't that hard. We respected each other.

It was a good interview experience. It was an online interview, with one interviewer and multiple candidates. It lasted for about an hour. Candidates were asked to do a self-introduction, then the interviewer asked questions based on their resume and some expertise questions. Candidates also had the chance to ask questions to the interviewers.

The entire process, from the start to the end, took around 5 months. Different people interviewed me, starting with HR, then managers, a director, and finally a partner or head of the department.
