I had several interviews that seemed to go really well, but then they just ghosted me and never replied when I tried to follow up. It was totally unprofessional. People need jobs, and they deserve to be treated with basic respect and courtesy instead of being strung along.
The application process involves submitting your CV and a short cover letter. The assessment was challenging but manageable with practice. The assessment of drives and personality test prepares you well for the business interview in the third round. The overall process is quick.
The first round involved a personality test, aptitude tests, and competency-based questions. I didn't pass the second round, which consisted of personal interviews and group assignments. Practicing for the aptitude tests is very important.
