Ahlstrom-Munksjö Interview Questions

Generally, there's a group interview at the company with the HR manager and the managers of the two plants. It's quick but thorough. They use an employment agency for the initial screening. If you pass those interviews, you'll have a pre-employment medical check and then you'll be hired.

The interview was remote, with the recruiter and the future manager present. They clearly explained the work environment and tasks, and asked good questions to gauge my motivation. Unfortunately, I never got a response after this interview, despite multiple follow-ups.

The interview had several steps. There were multiple phases, including 1 in-person and 2 remote (phone and video). A site visit was also included to help visualize the role's responsibilities.
