Candidate-reported interview process

I had a panel interview with a peer and some managers. It was a chill interview, everyone was relaxed and open. They are outsourcing jobs, but I would have a big team locally.

It was a pretty good process with 3 interviews: an initial screening, then an interview with the Hiring Manager, and finally a Team Interview. Communication was great throughout. The last interview was a roundtable with 4 or 5 team members to see how I'd fit in.

It was a 4 step process that took about 2 weeks. First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Then, a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a skills assessment where I had to create a status report based on a detailed project management scenario. Finally, I had in person interviews with 4 team members, who were a mix of management and peers.
