Candidate-reported interview process

They are hiring for this role regardless of current project needs, so you can expect to learn and grow new skills. The interview process has quite a few rounds. The questions were good, but didn't seem to align with the job description.

It was pretty straightforward, the questions were scenario-based and got right to the point. They were also looking at my communication skills and how I'd approach solving a problem. After the technical part, they talked about the role and asked why I was looking to switch jobs.

The interview process had 3 rounds. First, a recruiter call. Second, a manager interview that included a presentation about a past project. The final round was with another manager and focused on behavioral questions. Overall, it was a very smooth and quick process, wrapping up within three weeks.
