The interview was okay, but it seems like they posted the job opening without a concrete project in mind. They're just looking for candidates in case a project comes up, which feels like a waste of my time. I was told the interviewer would reach out the following week, but they never did.
First, there was a video interview that served as a screening step. It's a tough one because you can't go back and fix anything once you've said it and it's saved.
We had a friendly welcome at their small office in Stuttgart. Before the interview started, I had to fill out a form with information already submitted. The interviewer tried to keep it conversational, but seemed a bit arrogant or dismissive when answering my questions. I never heard back after the interview.
